5.1. Box From Bulgaria can be used by persons who have reached the age of 16 at the time of using the website.

5.2. Boxes from Bulgaria, which contain alcoholic products, can be ordered by persons over 18 years of age. Before the order is completed, the user should mark in the blank field that he declares that he/she is over 18 years old.

6.1. The webpage for each item has a description, photo, flag whether the product requires 18 years to order it and price information.

6.2. BOX FROM BULGARIA OOD. is not responsible for inaccuracies in the description of the goods, which do not relate to the main characteristics of the goods and does not claim completeness of the information provided.

7. Order.
7.1. You have the right to order all goods listed on the website. When placing the order you have the right to choose the type of goods and their quantity, method of delivery, according to the possibilities specified on the website.

7.2. At any time before finalising the order, you have the right to review the selected goods, their quantity and price.

7.3. At any time before the final confirmation of the order, you have the right to make changes to the selected goods.

7.4. If you place an order through our website, your order is an offer to us to purchase a product, and the content of www.boxfrombulgaria.bg is accordingly an invitation to make an offer. The contract between you and us is concluded only upon acceptance of your order by us.

7.5. The contract for the sale of goods offered on our Website is concluded as follows:

8. Delivery of purchased goods.
8.1. We will endeavour to ship the order before the date specified in the relevant confirmation, or if no delivery date is specified, within the expected time specified when choosing a delivery method, and in any case we will deliver the product within a maximum of 14 days from the date the order is confirmed. However, there may be delays due to force majeure or depending on the specifics of the delivery area.

8.2. In case of delay in the specified terms, we will inform you in due time by e-mail.

8.3. We will deliver the products for which we have accepted your order through a courier services company of our choice between Speedy AD and Econt Express OOD. The products are delivered to the address provided by you. We are not responsible in case the address is incorrect or incomplete.

8.4. The delivery will be considered made as soon as you or a third party designated by you in addition to the supplier, acquires possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by signing a document.

8.5. You will acquire ownership of the products and they will be under your responsibility from the moment of delivery.

8.6. Delivery is free for orders over BGN 70. For each order with a total value of the products in it below BGN 70, a delivery fee of BGN 7.00 will be charged.

8.7. BOX FROM BULGARIA OOD is not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond the control of BOX FORM BULGARIA OOD, such as delays by the courier performing the delivery.

8.8. The products will be delivered only to individuals, end customers, with an address of delivery on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

9. Payment.
9.1. Payment for the ordered goods is made in cash, cash on delivery. You undertake to pay at the time of delivery the full value of the order, according to the confirmed order.

9.2. The prices of the products are indicated on our website and are current at the time of your order. Prices are in the currency provided next to them and include VAT. In case of currency conversion fees, they are borne by you.

9.3. The price of the product (s) you ordered, including VAT, delivery cost and any other costs and fees that are current at the time of your order, will be displayed immediately before you perform the last step to finalise your order.

9.4. BOX FORM BULGARIA OOD has the right to change the prices indicated on the Website at its discretion, at any time and without being obliged to notify the Users in advance. The user is obliged to pay the price that was indicated on the website during the order, regardless of whether it is lower or higher.

10. Complaint.
10.1. According to point 122 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to complain within the statutory period in case of non-compliance with the agreed, when after delivery, initial inspection, storage or operation you find non-compliance with the sales contract.

10.2. Upon filing a complaint, you have the right to claim a refund of the amount paid, replacement of the goods with another, corresponding to the agreed or a deduction from the price.

10.3. He/She should submit the complaint in writing, indicating the subject of the complaint, your preferred way of satisfying the complaint, respectively the amount of the claimed amount, and a contact address. You must also enclose the documents on which your claim is based.

11. Right of withdrawal.
11.1. The right of withdrawal is not provided, as according to point 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, it does not apply to the supply of goods made to your order or according to your individual requirements; for the supply of goods which, by their nature, may deteriorate or have a short shelf life; for the delivery of sealed goods which are unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

12.1.
